The Cleveland Browns have ruled out tight end David Njoku and wide receiver Cedric Tillman for Sunday's home game against the Miami Dolphins. Njoku, who leads Cleveland with five touchdown catches, will miss the game because of a knee injury he sustained against the Cincinnati Bengals last Sunday.

With quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson getting the start over Jameis Winston in today’s game, he will have to rely heavily on Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore in Tillman’s absence. Tight end David Njoku is also questionable in this game against their AFC North foe.

Njoku (knee) has been ruled out for the game, as has Thompson-Robinson’s high school teammate and trusted receiver Cedric Tillman (concussion ... Stefanski said, despite the Browns signing kicker Andre Szmyt to the practice squad.
