The UK is facing more ice, snow and flooding today as an Arctic blast continues bringing chaos to road users and warnings are in place from the Met Office and the Environment Agency

A major flooding incident has been declared in Leicestershire with residents advised to avoid non-essential travel.

Homes were flooded and vehicles stranded Monday as a soggy and cold spell continued to disrupt life across parts of the U.K. and more wintry weather was expected.
