NBC is going two-for-two with its new comedy series. On the heels of an early renewal for the single-camera St. Denis Medical, the network also has given a Season 2 pickup to Happy’s Place, the multi-camera comedy starring Reba McEntire.

The multi-cam comedy “Happy’s Place” has been renewed for Season 2 at NBC, Variety has learned. The series, which marked Reba McEntire’s return to the sitcom format, originally debuted on NBC on Oct. 18. It was picked up for a full season at the broadcast network in November.
