The Karen Read trial is not taking place on Tuesday due to "unavoidable circumstances," a court spokesperson said in an email.

Proceedings in the retrial of Karen Read are being suspended Tuesday due to “unavoidable circumstances,” court officials said. “Please be advised that the trial in Commonwealth v. Karen Read is not taking place today due to unavoidable circumstances,” the Trial Court said in a statement.
