Twelve lottery players in New Jersey won $10,000 or more last week playing Powerball, Mega Millions and New Jersey Lottery games.

The sole winner of a $1.13 billion Mega Millions jackpot has begun the process of collecting the prize, the New Jersey Lottery said Monday.

After the big Mega Millions win on Friday, the New Jersey Lottery is running "The Jackpot Was Hit!" Mega Millions promotion.

Twenty lottery players in New Jersey won $10,000 or more last week playing Powerball, Mega Millions and New Jersey Lottery games.

The Mega Millions $1.269 billion jackpot was won by a ticket sold in Northern California. But 10 tickets bought in New Jersey won big, too.
