The Ohio State Highway Patrol has identified Rashawn Cannon, 27, of Lima, as the inmate accused of killing Andrew Lansing. The incident occurred on Christmas Day. Cannon, who was sentenced on September 28, 2023, for assaulting a woman with a handgun, was serving a minimum eight-year prison term, according to LimaOhio.com.
