To find it you need to head to the northeast of Paradis to the edge of the large cliff at the eastern edge of Dawnshore. Go to the spot north of Yellowband Camp and south of Watcher's Mirror and you'll find a path along the cliff's edge that leads to a small broken-down shack that's boarded up.
