Fears of an all-out conflict between nuclear-armed India and Pakistan have abated with a U.S.-brokered ceasefire, but the wounds of decades of strife are deep.

The neighboring countries exchanged fire for several days after India's missile attack on Pakistan before reaching a ceasefire on Saturday.

But hours after the deal was confirmed, there have been accusations that the agreement is not being entirely upheld.
