The JD(U), which has 12 MPs in the Lok Sabha, plays a pivotal role in bolstering the NDA’s numbers, as the BJP does not hold a majority in the Lower House of Parliament.

The van is reportedly equipped with various luxury facilities and is parked a few hundred metres away from the protest site, where Kishor launched his 'aamaran anshan' on Thursday evening.

In his clarification, Prashant Kishor said he uses the vanity van to relieve himself as he cannot go home for it.
