Author Harlan Coben made a sneaky cameo in Netflix's adaption of his book Missing You - and you probably didn't notice.

Named after the eponymous ‘80s chart-topper which plays during one overused flashback (it’s fair to say John Waite shouldn’t expect a “Murder on the Dancefloor”-esque renaissance), “Missing You” stars Rosalind Eleazar (“Slow Horses”) as Kat Donovan, a detective inspector who, like all Coben protagonists, has an unnecessarily mysterious past.

As to be expected with a Harlan Coben series, Missing You features a mixture of big names, including the likes of Slow Horses star Rosalind Eleazar leading the thriller as DI Kat Donovan who revealed that upon reading the finale for the first time, she was " heartbroken ".
