This year’s Tony nominations included the usual snubs and surprises, including snubs for big names such as Denzel Washington, Kieran Culkin and Idina Menzel.

Culkin notably won an Oscar in March for “A Real Pain” and an Emmy last year for “Succession.” Other stars who were snubbed by the Tonys include Idina Menzel for “Redwood,” Jim Parsons for “Our Town,” Robert Downey Jr. for “McNeal” and Julianna Margulies for “Left on Tenth.”
