The Fed has left it's key interest rate unchanged for three consecutive meetings, with Chair Jerome Powell citing economic uncertainty.

The two men have had a fraught history since the president first elevated Powell to Fed chair. Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell probably will be inclined to bring down borrowing costs in the next few months if unemployment starts to worsen.
