A ship that will hunt for missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 has deployed to its Indian Ocean search zone, according to Malaysia's transport minister and ship tracking data, raising hopes of solving one of aviation's greatest mysteries.

A U.S.-based company is resuming the search for the wreckage of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, 11 years after it vanished in one of the great aviation mysteries.

After 11 years of the plane's untraceable disappearance, authorities have announced that the search is back on.

Conducted by deep-sea exploration company Ocean Infinity, the new search will cover a 15,000 sq km area of the southern Indian Ocean.
