Jan 6, 2014 · Does a full moon really help with the walleye bite because I've heard that the big ones bite on a full moon. SO I went 4 times this Year on Open water. I went somewhere between 3 days before and 3 days after on all 4 trips and never got a walleye but catch them not stop when theres no moon.

Feb 23, 2016 · dress warm and have some sonar....usually you can get more than you need in the light of day....but if you wanna night fish...have your spot scoped out before its dark...have plenty of propane..cause it will be as cold as anywhere in the state...have nite fished g town in full moons before....definitely caught fish...but it was more of a novelty..still …
